"We have moved quite a few times in the past. For the most part, it had always been a negative experience. We were not looking forward to working with a real estate agent again. We would have preferred having a root canal! Our son’s friend recommended Bruce. We invited him over to persuade us to go with him. He came well prepared and pretty much blew us away. And he listened to us and what we wanted and needed. He went over his game plan to sell our home and told us it would go fast. I told him I’d believe it when I see it. He sent us the paperwork and I noticed the contract was only for 2 months. I asked why it was so short and he said he liked a challenge. He had the house staged and set us up for an open house with a food truck. In the meantime, we went “live” online 3 days before the open house. Immediately, we had appointments to see our home. Within 3 days we had 3 offers and almost a 4th except for an issue with the HOA. We decided to accept one of the offers on the day of the open house. Bruce decided he still wanted to hold it. We stopped by the open house while it was going on. The food truck was in the driveway giving away free food and drinks. He had a tent set up. There were signs everywhere plus balloons. He had sent out postcards to the neighbors and to us. He knocked on doors inviting people over. He had the house opened up with the lights on, windows and doors open. There was a movie playing in the media room. We’d never experienced anything like it before. After we accepted one of the offers, the house had to be inspected. There were some issues that needed to be addressed. Bruce immediately took control and found people he had worked with in the past who could address the problems at a very reasonable cost. He also fixed one of the problems himself, saving us time and money. Because of his and his team’s efforts, we were able to close on time and within 30 days. We would very highly recommend Bruce and his team to anyone needing to sell their home."
